The businesses can read the men’s social media contributions, get updates from their mentors and see videos of the men; an evolving-resume.
In addition, there are government tax incentives for any business that hire someone returning home, Join Collaborative Benefit, become a member business and get the unique ability to learn from other members and sponsors about how this step is working for them.
